Pilates Reformer Level 1+
Building Skills & Expanding Exercises
Ready to deepen your Reformer practice? This Level 1+ class builds upon foundational Pilates principles and introduces a wider range of exercises and sequences. We'll focus on refining technique, increasing core stability, and enhancing muscular endurance. Expect more challenging variations of familiar movements and an introduction to new exercises, designed to progress your strength, flexibility, and coordination. Some prior Reformer experience or completion of an introductory course is recommended.
Pilates Reformer Level 1-2

Pilates Equipment Level 2+
